How to Spot the Signs that Someone may be Feeling Unsafe at Work
A short 2 hour tutor led online training course with interactive polls throughout, and approx 20min Q&A session exploring how we can keep ourselves and other feeling safe.
When people feel unsafe, stressed and burnt out, there is a massive impact on their physical and mental health. It impacts how confident and productive they feel, and their capacity to take positive risks and make positive decisions. It can be difficult to know what to look for, especially in the hybrid/remote workplace.
How this course will help you:
The course will teach you how to spot the early warning signs and the difference between being safe and feeling safe. You will take part in an interactive workshop that enables you to recognise and respond to someone who may be feeling unsafe, stressed and or burnt out.
What the course will give you/covers:
The course will introduce you to the principles and practices of the protective behaviours process which promotes everyone’s right to feel safe. These simple strategies will enable you to communicate and support someone within the workplace that you may be concerned about.
