A short 1.5 hour online training course inviting participants to engage with one another via a range of short activities and discussion pointers on the use of safe language to improve relationships within the workplace.
Too many throw away lines, ill judged words, lack of respect and or understanding with poor communication, dramatically increases the risk of alienation and feeling unsafe in the workplace and intensifies a negative culture. We wish to connect with people we work with in a way that feels safe and positive.

Insight into the simple shift in language that will make an enormous difference to people’s sense of trust, wellbeing, and confidence as well as improving your ability to connect others.
What the course will give you/covers:
An opportunity to explore with others how to implement the protective behaviours language of safety. Including how someone’s everyday language could be discounting to others, and reflecting on how we connect with others impacts ones confidence and self-esteem. Looking at techniques to encourage a workplace where people feel safe to speak up and be heard and proactively solve problems.
