Creative Optimistic Visions (COV) is excited to launch a new series of short online training courses for those wanting to learn more about the world of social entrepreneurship and valuable leadership skills.

COV has developed six new course titles, offering a range of dates and times to create accessibility at affordable prices. Delivered by our founding Director, Stacey-Jade Mason. COV will offer you real insight to the world of social entrepreneurship from courses such as A Blueprint for Launching a Social Enterprise, How to Record and Share Your Impact, to the Five Essential Skills for Social Entrepreneurs to Master in 2022.

The ethos of COV is underpinned by the principles and practices of the Protective Behaviours Process, therefore we have created further courses on how to incorporate the value of feeling safe within our leadership and management practices within the workplace. Our courses will provide an opportunity to explore How to Spot the Signs Someone Maybe Feeling Unsafe at Work, How to Lead with Empathy and practicing the Language of Safety to Improve Workplace Culture.

To find out more about our story, you can watch Stacey’s TedX Talk on The Concept of Feeling Safe Changed My Life for a full list of training and services provided by COV please visit here.
